2025 Recreation Nova Scotia's Conference theme had been Rooted in Relationships: Celebration, Community, & Connection Through Recreation.
This theme emerged from thoughtful discussions between RNS staff and our regional host planning committee. Throughout these conversations, it became evident that connection, both at the conference and in the everyday work of recreation professionals, is not only a core value but a driving force behind what we do.
Continuing to foster these connections and building strong relationships among us as recreation professionals is how we create a more unified, resilient, and impactful recreation sector. By learning from one another, sharing successes and challenges, and celebrating the communities we serve, we strengthen the foundation of our field and inspire collective growth.

2025 Regional Games theme was Rec-tacular Carnival Night. Regions collected points in a tug-of-war tournament, participated in thecostume competition, and collected tickets at all sorts of fun games.
