Recreation Nova Scotia Research Forum

The Research forum is an opportunity for those involved in conducting research on recreation in Nova Scotia to share their work and findings. Presenters will have 15 minutes to give an overview of their results, stressing the practical applications for recreation service providers. A fifteen minute Q&A and discussion period will follow. Session participants will learn, first hand, about some of the exciting, cutting edge research projects going on within the province or that hold relevance for service providers within the province. Confirmed presenters and topics will be available in the conference registration package and in on-site program booklet.

As a managing partner and co-founder of n-gen People Performance Inc., Adwoa K. Buahene works with C-suite leaders and HR teams to understand and build strategies and programs that target, motivate and engage all four generations.

With over 13 years of training and performance consulting experience, Adwoa has devoted the last 7 years to researching and creating solutions that measurably improve workplace productivity. Industry leaders in both the private and public sector have leveraged Adwoa’s generational expertise since 2003.
