Bible Hill Jr. High is a supporter of June is Recreation Month! There will be special challenges between classes based on recreational activities. They will also be hosting pre-school activities and organizing events during recess and lunch time.

Get caught being active and you win a prize! Throughout the month of June the Lunenburg Rec. Department will be on the look out for community members enjoying recreational activities and being active! If you are spotted you win a prize on the spot. So get out and read a book in the park or go for bike. It's easy and fun and you just might win!

As a supporter for June is Recreation Month Advocate District School is launching their month of activities with the Jump Rope for Heart Campaign. Students from P-5 will be spending some time outside skipping. They are being physically active for a couple good causes! Listen up for more fun from Advocate District throughout the month of June. For June is Recreation Month there will be a Nordic Walk and Barbeque at the Lakeside Recreation Centre on June 1st. Help support the Live it Everyday! campaign and bring friends and co-workers, staff and walking groups. Get active outdoors and enjoy the BBQ!

As part of their physical education classes and as supporters for June is Recreation Month Students will spend some class time learning about various recreation activities and their importance to healthy living!

The Annapolis County CLub 400 is hosting an Earthwalk for school children on June 1st, at the French Basin Trail.
