NSCC(295)NSCC’s School of Health & Human Services offers career-focused programs that support Nova Scotia’s community needs for recreation development, therapy and quality of life.

Within our recreation programs, our faculty members are connected to communities at the local, provincial, and national levels. They are committed to sharing their knowledge and helping students apply their learning through hands-on work experience with recreation organizations and agencies. In addition, students who want to continue their recreation studies beyond our 2 year diploma programs may receive advanced standing or credits towards a university degree.
