In Partnership with the Nova Scotia Lifeguard Service, the Recreation for Mental Health project hosted “Play Unplugged: Beach Edition” in the Highland Region. This was a great way for the lifeguards to be involved with the community, for us to promote the benefits of recreation for mental health, and for community members to take a mental health break!
