An Excellent Opportunity to Advertise to 250 plus Recreation and Physical Activity Stakeholders
Recreation Nova Scotia's 12th Annual Conference and Trade Show, entitled "Rediscover Recreation ... Make Time to Play", will be held October 14th - 17th at Oak Island Resort, Lunenburg County. This year's conference will focus on current economic and societal issues and trends that impact the design and delivery of recreation programs and services.
This event provides an excellent opportunity for businesses to promote to over 250 conference delegates, most of who are leaders within the recreation, sport, physical activity, and active transportation sectors, and have influence at the provincial, regional, and municipal levels. Upon arrival, each delegate will be given a "conference bag" including sector related information and regional area promotion. We are asking for your support in providing promotional items for these bags.
There is no charge for including promotional items with attached information flyers or brochures in the conference delegate bags. These items can include anything that is fun or useful for the delegates, and can be used following the conference. Past examples have included karabiners, luggage tags, magnets, key chains, pens, calendars, etc. Due to the number of conference delegates, we are looking for approximately 250 of these items. Any materials that are not used will be returned to contributors following the conference. If you are interested in including only an information flyer or brochure in these bags, there is a small advertising fee of $50 for non-profit groups and $150 for businesses and government.
Make sure to take advantage of this excellent opportunity to advertise to over 250 conference delegates. Payment can be made by cheque (made payable to Recreation Nova Scotia), MasterCard / Visa over the phone, or purchase order. All items must be delivered to the Recreation Nova Scotia office no later than October 8, 2009.
